Lessons run three to seven minutes, in plain English, no jargon and no code: how it actually works from tokens to why it makes things up, how to prompt it, how to pick a tool, how to check what it gives you, and when not to use it at all. Tasks are tied to your own job rather than generic exercises. You also earn an AI Literacy Score out of 100, compared against people doing the same kind of work in your country. You earn it by demonstrating understanding, not by rating yourself, because a self-rating just tells you what you already believed. It is free on the App Store.
