How does AgentSter handle updates to the source documents when company policies or product info change? Curious if the bots stay current automatically or if retraining is a manual step.
One thing that would really help is a way to test the bot's answers against a set of expected responses before pushing it live, kind of like a sandbox or eval mode. That would give us more confidence the agent is giving accurate answers before customers see them.
