How does it actually handle the handoff once a lead is qualified, and does it plug into common CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce out of the box?
How does the AI rep actually qualify leads, and can I customize the criteria or train it on my own past customer data before it goes live on my site?
Setup was surprisingly quick and the AI rep actually booked a qualified meeting for me on day one without me babysitting it. Wish the dashboard showed a bit more on why it disqualified leads, but overall it just works.
