Seems very on point, if you struggle tracking all the emails you receive during the day. Answering every email instantly or adding content of the email (events, meetings, tasks, etc) into different apps is very frustrating when you are in the middle of important task. Instead, you can just check what comes in, answer urgent ones instantly and check spreadsheet when you have time for it, to make sure that you keep yourself and others up to date.
