Hey Product Hunt, I built Agent Relay for the annoying moment when an AI coding session hits a rate limit, loses context, or needs to move from one agent to another. It’s a local-first CLI that lets you hand off coding work between Claude, Codex, and Gemini while keeping the session history, decisions, files touched, checkpoints, and validation state intact. Use it to switch agents, resume long-running work, watch sessions live, and coordinate multiple agents without rewriting the same context over and over.
