Been waiting for something like this that doesn't ship my code off to someone else's servers. Mobile access is a huge plus too. One thing I'd love to see is a way to set per-repo permissions, so I can let it touch my side projects freely but require explicit approval for anything in the work repo.
finally tried it on my laptop and the local-only angle sold me, was able to point it at a private repo without the usual "upload your codebase" anxiety. mobile loopback actually feels like the same agent, not a watered down shell.
