Could you please explain how the email, phone and SMS capabilities work? I couldn't find pricing or supported providers that I might need to connect.

@artk The idea is that an agent gets its own identity and can operate through email, phone, SMS, iMessage, and agent2agent communication.
We're making the provider layer simple so developers don't have to build the communication infrastructure themselves. We're still finalizing pricing and integrations.
Which providers do you use or need support for? I can also show you a quick demo if you have 15 minutes sometime.
@naol_k thanks for a quick reply. Oh, ok, so regardless of cloud or self-host, you offer the email-sms-phone service? (provider question was just a guess that maybe to have sms capability I need to provide some API key)

@artk For now, it's cloud-hosted, so you don't need to manage the communication infrastructure yourself and you dont need to bring api keys. The goal is to give an agent the identity and communication capabilities it needs without having to wire up each provider separately.
