One thing I'd love to see is a built-in analytics dashboard that shows which intents or prompts are causing the agent to fail or escalate to a human, so I can refine the training data over time without guessing what's going wrong.

This looks like a solid starting point for non-technical founders. One thing that would really help is a built-in analytics dashboard showing exactly how each agent is performing, like resolution rates for support bots or engagement on content outputs. Being able to spot weak spots and tweak prompts or knowledge bases from one screen would save a ton of guesswork.

The drag and drop agent builder is surprisingly intuitive, and I had a support bot answering FAQs in under ten minutes. Wish the templates had a few more niche options though.
