AI development is fast, but it is easy to get pulled into implementation details while valuable ideas disappear in the chat. I wanted the smallest possible tool to keep the whole development path visible—not another project management system. After installing the Skill, whenever you want an updated view, ask Codex for the board. That request triggers the complete workflow: it reads trusted evidence inside the project, updates a JSON source of truth, generates and validates a fresh local HTML page, and gives you the address. Nothing runs in the background, and there is no manual timeline editing, server, account, or database. The board separates completed milestones, the current adopted version, the active goal, real rollbacks, later requirements, and temporary browser-only inspirations. It supports English and Chinese and never leaves the project folder.
