I'm Maria, solo founder of Asobi Labs. I build software by myself with AI, and lately I run a lot of long Claude Code tasks. The pattern that kept burning me: I'd kick off a big run, lock my Mac, go work out or grab lunch, and come back to a Mac that had fallen asleep with the agent frozen halfway through. Re-run, more tokens, more waiting.
Turns out agents survive screen lock and display sleep just fine. It's system sleep that suspends them. So I built a tiny menu-bar app that watches for a working agent and holds the Mac awake only while it's actually using CPU, then lets it sleep again the second the work is done. That's it. One job.
Three things I'm happy with:
1. Detects Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Aider, Gemini, Copilot automatically, nothing to configure.
2. ⌥⌘A locks your screen and walks away with you while the agent keeps running.
3. $7 once. No account, no subscription, no telemetry. Lives in the menu bar and stays out of your way.
