Curious to know.... are you positioning this more for small agencies just starting out, or established agencies trying to streamline ops? The messaging could go either way, which one youāre optimizing for.

When agencies land on AgencyPro for the first time, do they usually know which workflow fits them right away, or do you see some hesitation early on around setup or use cases? Asking because tools like this tend to click once people map it to their own service model.

Along with that, trying to reduce the friction as much as we can to get agencies their first request through AgencyPro.

That said, the top of the funnel currently focuses more on what the platform is instead of what impact it delivers. First-time visitors could benefit from a stronger hero that communicates measured outcomes, for example, how much admin time agencies save or how much faster they get paid, along with trust signals like high-level metrics earlier in the experience. This will make the value feel more immediate and may increase trial activations and demo requests.
A tighter outcome-driven headline, prioritized CTAs (free trial first, demo second), and a few concise use cases tailored to different agency sizes will improve clarity and conversion on Product Hunt and in paid channels.
