Owner Mode writes changes directly to the live product record — the moment you update a price or photo from WhatsApp, it's reflected immediately across the bot, the dashboard, and the sales reports. There's no separate inventory copy or delayed sync step, so there's no risk of the report showing outdated numbers while the bot is already quoting the new price.
How does it actually handle inventory updates across multiple employees in real time if everything goes through WhatsApp, and is there a limit on the number of users or messages per month on the free plan?

Inventory updates run through Firestore transactions — so if two employees edit the same product at nearly the same time, Firestore detects the conflict and automatically retries the write, instead of one silently overwriting the other. That keeps inventory and pricing consistent even with multiple people updating from Owner Mode at once.
