Dragged in a drone shot of my friend's acreage and had pins marking fence lines within a couple of minutes. The export looks clean enough to send straight to a client without redlining in another app.
honestly this looks super useful for my real estate work but one thing would make it way better for me — being able to add small text notes directly to each pin, like roof condition or square footage, so clients don't have to flip back and forth between the map and a separate doc when reviewing properties.
Drew property boundaries on a drone shot and the export looked clean enough to send straight to a client, which saved me at least an hour of cleanup. Really handy for real estate walkthroughs.
Adding a measurement tool for distance and area calculations between pins would make this even more useful for client reports, especially for quoting jobs or showing property dimensions at a glance.
Dropped a few pins on a property listing and the boundary overlay snapped in way cleaner than I expected. Exporting the map as a PDF for my client took about 10 seconds.
Pinning locations on drone shots felt surprisingly smooth, and exporting a clean map for a client took just a couple of clicks. The property boundary tool saved me real time on my last project.
Would love to see a measurement tool added so I can quickly calculate distance or area right on the annotated map before exporting. That would save me from switching to a separate app when working on roof measurements or lot sizes for clients.
