Addressy

This was born out of something I've always wanted. I'm a developer that opens up a lot of pull requests. When I want to post the URL to a pull request in a Slack channel. I find myself, wanting to write a descriptive name for the URL as a cosmetic enhancement. I do that almost 40-50 times a week, so I decided to build this extension after years of procrastination 😂 Might be useful to someone else out there so I decided to share it publicly.
