We built ActionMind after one too many meetings that ended with "I'll handle it", only for nobody to handle it. The decisions were good. The follow-up just never happened.
So instead of another AI that writes a summary nobody reads, we built one that finishes the job.
ActionMind joins your Meet, Zoom or Teams call and picks out every task, who owns it and when it's due, along with the exact words that were said. Then it drafts the email, the calendar event or the Jira issue for you.
Two things we cared about most:
You stay in control. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and the first email to a new address asks you twice.
It actually follows up. A while after sending, ActionMind checks again and tells you if each task is done, still open or running late.
It also works across 90+ languages, including meetings where people switch languages mid-sentence. That came from our own team, where half of our calls do exactly that.
We're still in pilot, so it's free to try, and we're shaping pricing with our early users. If you run a lot of meetings, I'd really value your honest take, especially on what you'd want it to stop doing.
