Property listings sell you a house — nice photos, a floor plan, a price. They don't tell you about the neighbourhood: rising damp risk in pre-1970 buildings, a shrinking owner-occupied share, or a burglary rate above the national average.
I built Accomodi to surface exactly that, using only public data, before you commit to viewing or bidding on a place in the Netherlands.
What it does:

It's 100% free — no account, no email, no paywall. Every source is official or community open data (CBS, PDOK, Politie, RIVM, OpenStreetMap, Overheid.nl), never scraped from commercial listing sites, so there's no incentive to make any area look better than it is.
