Accomodi turns official Dutch open data (CBS, PDOK, RIVM, Police, etc.) into a free 0-100 Neighbourhood Pulse Score for any postcode — financial health, structural quality, safety, and air quality. No listings, no agents, no paywall.

Hey PH 👋
Property listings sell you a house — nice photos, a floor plan, a price. They don't tell you about the neighbourhood: rising damp risk in pre-1970 buildings, a shrinking owner-occupied share, or a burglary rate above the national average.
I built Accomodi to surface exactly that, using only public data, before you commit to viewing or bidding on a place in the Netherlands.
What it does:
Enter any Dutch postcode (PC4) → get a 0-100 Neighbourhood Pulse Score
Four pillars: Financial Health, Structural Safety, Social Dynamics, and Safety & Nuisance — plus live Air Quality from RIVM's monitoring network
Compare two areas side by side
An interactive map of every postcode we track, filterable by score, price, and tenure
View the same data reweighted for Family or Investor priorities, not just a generic average
It's 100% free — no account, no email, no paywall. Every source is official or community open data (CBS, PDOK, Politie, RIVM, OpenStreetMap, Overheid.nl), never scraped from commercial listing sites, so there's no incentive to make any area look better than it is.
Would love your feedback, especially if you're house-hunting in NL right now — what would make this more useful for you?
