One thing that would really help on our team is a simple escalation summary that the AI generates before handing off to a human agent, including the customer's history, sentiment, and what was already tried. Cuts the "let me repeat my problem" frustration down to zero and makes the agent actually productive in the first ten seconds. Would love to see that as an optional layer.
