64 Board: Decentralized public message board

Hey all, I'm really excited to be able to launch 64board today! 64board is my first on-chain project. It's a kind of decentralized message board, loosely inspired by the Million Dollar Homepage, but everything’s stored and managed directly on-chain — no backend, no moderation, no middlemen. It’s an 8×8 grid where each cell holds a short message, a link or anything really and is owned by whoever last paid for it. Buy a cell, become part of block chain history, and if someone else wants it, they’ve gotta pay more — with the previous owner gaining a guaranteed 1.2x profit. The contract handles everything. Would love to hear your thoughts — what would you post on the board? And if you’ve built or seen other creative on-chain stuff, I’m always down to check it out.

This is truely cool! I love the whole "no backend, no moderation" thing – kinda genius imo. It's like a digital, decentralized graffiti wall, but with profit built in! So you're saying if someone buys my spot, I get a 120% return? Sweet! How's the gas fee situation though?
