Hi Product Hunt! 👋

As someone with AuDHD and CPTSD, I created 5 Spoons because I was tired of struggling to explain why I needed to cancel plans or step back from conversations.

The spoon theory (created by Christine Miserandino) gave me the language I needed, but I wanted to make it even easier to share with friends and family.

• The conversation management feature helps when 1:1 or group chats become overwhelming

• Shorter links make sharing effortless on any platform
