4K Converter is an independently run web app for two jobs that people often mix up: **enhancing** a file and **converting** it. Image to 4K and Video to 4K use AI to raise resolution while keeping the original aspect ratio. Format tools change JPG/PNG/WebP or MP4/MOV/WebM/AVI/MKV without inventing detail. You upload a file, paste a public HTTPS link, or queue up to ten local items. The workbench checks the source, shows the output size and exact credit price, then starts. Credits settle only after the private result is stored; failed or canceled tasks give the hold back. Files stay in your account for up to 24 hours. A new verified account gets 100 starter credits for 30 days. 4K on images means at least 2160 pixels on the short edge, not a forced 3840×2160 crop. Video enhancement is for short clips (up to 10 seconds) and returns a 4K MP4.
