One thing that would really help is adding a quick "energy check" column to the weekly habit tracker, just a simple 1-5 rating each morning. It makes it so much easier to spot patterns between how you're feeling and which habits actually stick versus which ones quietly fall off. Would also pair nicely with the reflection pages.
