360 CallAnchor is an application for mobile call tracking that captures and automatically logs all incoming and outgoing calls made by staff members using their own mobile phones. The details of all the calls made are automatically synced with the appropriate entry in the CRM or can be accessed from the dashboard. Staff members don't have to obtain new SIM cards or dialers; they can simply use their own mobiles without having to learn anything about any other application or call system.
Finally something that doesn't ask staff to switch phones or learn a new dialer. Calls just show up in our CRM automatically, which saved me a chunk of time this week.
