Hi Product Hunt! I built 2pptx after running into a surprisingly common problem: many AI-generated or scanned slides look fine visually, but the text is not editable in PowerPoint. This happens a lot with NotebookLM-style slide exports, scanned presentation files, image-based PDFs, screenshots, PNG/JPG slide exports, and other decks where each page is basically an image. 2pptx keeps the original slide page as the visual background, then uses OCR to rebuild detected text as editable PowerPoint text boxes. The goal is not to perfectly recreate every chart, icon, or shape. It is to make the text editable again while preserving the overall layout, so users can fix typos, translate slides, rewrite content, or localize a deck without rebuilding it from scratch.
