I'm pleased to announce the web service called 2go that is my first one developed by myself. https://2go.plus 🤦‍♂️ Concern It’s very hard work to publish your product and service roadmap for your users which you’re developing. Writing a blog about it is exactly tough every time you develop. If your code is managed by Github, you can manage Github Issues and Milestones to share your roadmap but it’s not familiar for your users who are not familiar with the interface of Github and those repositories for production services are set as private in most cases. Most of developers can understand that these features will be enhanced however for your users who are not familiar with Github they’re not sure what is in the next release. ✅ What is 2go? My web service is named 2go. First, please take a look of the following URL. https://2go.plus/nice2h/2go/roadmap 2go is the service that enables you to automatically generate your product/service roadmap for users who are not familiar with the Interface of Github and publish it. Generated roadmaps which are fully synced with your Github repositories and Issues in them automatically are organized as beautiful interface as shown. In addition, your roadmap can be in public even if your repositories are still in private. And most of developers want to get a lot of feedbacks from your users about which enhancements are helpful but they cannot get any feedback if a repository is set as private in Github. With 2go you can do that and your users can vote which feature should be enhanced!! It is absolutely EASY to vote. That’s why you can get to know the features which you have to focus on next. 🧰 How to use. As you login with your Github account, a setting interface comes up then you need to save which milestones should be in public once selecting a repository. As a result, a URL of your roadmap will be automatically generated and you can share it for your users and can have them take a look of your latest roadmap that is absolutely familiar with them. You can organize your roadmap once you can create some milestones and assign some issues on it even if you’ve never created a milestone in Github. For developers who’s taking advantage of Github Label, you can filter your issues in milestones by Labels you’d like to select. With this feature, your users cannot see your bugs and can see only enhancements planned in future. 🔷 What is the next? 2go is in alpha phase. I was planning that this service should be released globally because this worry and concern about your product and service roadmap are common in all over the world. I absolutely need your feedback to improve and enhance 2go so please try 2go if you’re just interested in 2go. I have 2 options for trying 2go. The one is logging in with your Github account. It’s exactly sure that 2go will not publish your repositories without public enablement setting so don’t worry about logging with your account. The another is trying to test without logging in.
