Hey everyone 👋 I built 25Days last weekend and documented the entire process in a Twitter thread that you should be sure to check out if you geek out on building iOS apps at breakneck speed. The inspiration for 25Days came this year being away from family for the first time at Thanksgiving. I live in LA and the rest of my family is in Boston. For a number of reasons, I chose not to go home for Thanksgiving this year which has me particularly stoked for Christmas. It feels like its been forever since i've seen my parents and brothers. This got me thinking - how can we share in the stoke leading up to Christmas? That thought had me reminiscing on chocolate advent calendars as a kid - the ultimate way to get fired up for Christmas, by celebrating every day leading up to it! Next thing you know I was deep in the code for several nights in a row to make this thing come to life. The first few days have been a blast! I hope you'll give 25Days a try and let me know what you think. I'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions for how to make the app even better. That's a very cute idea! I love it very much. I believe it can make Christmas even more magical than ever ^^ Suggestion for you: it would be cool to have a list of Christmas activities of, for example, it could be an activity of the day! Something like making cookies, decorating gingerbread house, etc. Wish you the best!🚀
