Most resumes never reach a human — they get filtered out by ATS software first. I put together 20 ready-to-edit Word templates across 10 in-demand careers (Digital Marketing, Software Engineering, Data Analysis, UI/UX, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Product Management, FinTech, Healthcare, and Renewable Energy/Sustainability) — each with a Fresher version and a 2-Year Experience version. Would love feedback from anyone who's navigated the ATS-black-hole job search recently — what tripped you up?
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built this after hearing the same story over and over from job
seekers: a strong candidate, a decent resume, and total silence —
because the resume never got past the ATS filter in the first place.
So instead of one generic template, this is 20: 10 career tracks that
show up constantly in today's job market, each with a version for
someone just starting out and a version for someone with ~2 years in
the role. The keywords, tools, and bullet structure are tailored per
field instead of being one-size-fits-all.
Genuinely curious to hear from this community — if you've applied to
jobs recently, what's your biggest resume/ATS frustration? Happy to
fold feedback into a v2.
