It replaced a habit. I used to log into my broker regularly just to check how things were going. Now I just open 1ndexed. Everything is there, broker accounts, pension plans, investments that don't live anywhere near a broker app. One dashboard, one glance.
What needs improvement
More broker support would help, Degiro and Trade Republic are on the roadmap and that will open it up to a lot more people. A mobile-friendly view for quick daily checks would also be a nice addition.
vs Alternatives
Most alternatives either wanted my broker credentials (not happening) or were desktop-only tools that took forever to set up. The ones that actually worked well were priced for people with portfolios way bigger than mine.

Hey everyone! We're the two devs behind 1ndexed.
We started investing a few years ago through MyInvestor and Interactive Brokers. Like a lot of people, we tracked everything in a spreadsheet — returns, allocations, P&L. It worked fine at first.
Then the spreadsheet got complicated. Formulas broke. We weren't sure our returns were even right. Adding crypto and other assets made it worse. We kept thinking "there has to be something better" but everything we found either wanted our broker login (no thanks), was desktop-only and complex, or was way too
expensive for what we needed.
So we built the thing we wanted.
You export your transactions from your broker as a CSV or XLS file, upload it, and that's it. No API keys, no broker credentials, no manual data entry. You get real portfolio analytics in about 60 seconds: time-weighted returns, drawdowns, monthly heatmaps, allocation tracking, rebalancing suggestions, and goal
projections.
Right now we support MyInvestor, Indexa Capital, Interactive Brokers, and generic CSV import if your broker isn't on the list yet (more coming soon).
It handles pretty much everything we invest in — stocks, ETFs, funds, bonds, crypto, even real estate and pension plans. All in one dashboard.
A few things we're especially proud of:
