A strategy note from our satirical browser game, 195-0 World Draft: choosing a Billionaire solves a different problem from choosing an authority category.
Billionaires earn the top Treasurer specialist bonus. They can also earn a President bonus, but neither appointment satisfies the authority rule. A cabinet needs a Politician, Dictator, or Military Commander somewhere among its five seats to avoid the missing-authority multiplier.
That creates a useful draft question: if you put your finance pick in President now, who will fill Treasurer later? If another pool can cover President and authority together, preserving the finance seat may give the remaining appointments more room. The answer depends on the available categories and vacant roles, rather than the fame of the person pictured.
Names within the same category-and-country pool score identically in the same seat. The game does not look up real wealth or leadership ability. Before committing, compare the role assignment, specialist bonus, and cabinet-wide authority coverage as separate factors.
