Been using 100Hires for a few months now, and the thing that actually changed my day-to-day is how AI-native it is, not AI-bolted-on. Screening, candidate scoring, even pipeline moves can run through natural language instead of clicking through ten menus. It integrates with Claude over MCP too, so for the random one-off asks that don't fit a normal automation rule, I can just ask in plain English and it handles it.

Also no limits on candidates, users, or jobs, which is a relief after dealing with ATS tools that nickel-and-dime you per seat or per job slot.

The core ATS stuff (pipelines, job posts, candidate tracking) is solid on its own, but it's the AI layer that saves real hours every week. Recommend it if you're tired of ATS tools that feel like spreadsheets with extra steps.
