ZUUZ sits on top of the CRM your team already runs. It connects to your sales inbox, calendar, meetings and LinkedIn messages, finds the leads, pricing requests and renewal signals that never reached the CRM, and prepares updates for a person to approve. Works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Attio and Pipedrive. Ask your pipeline from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP client. 30-day free trial, no credit card. Or take the Prospect Discovery Challenge: five missing prospects, or $100 (US only).

Hey Product Hunt π I'm Avinash, founder of ZUUZ.
Before ZUUZ I scaled a $25M ARR IT services and distribution business from zero. One pattern kept showing up, and it had nothing to do with effort: the CRM only knows what someone remembered to type in. A pricing question in a LinkedIn message, a renewal hint on a call, a reply sitting in an inbox. None of it reached the system.
So we built ZUUZ as a layer on top of the CRM a team already runs. It connects to the sales inbox, calendar, meetings and LinkedIn messages, finds what never made it in, and prepares the update. A person approves it before anything is written to the CRM.
Today it opens to everyone: a 30-day free trial, self-serve, no credit card, no sales call. It works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Attio and Pipedrive. You can ask your pipeline by voice or text in the ZUUZ app, Slack or Microsoft Teams, and from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible assistant (read-only).
We're also running a challenge: connect your sales inbox read-only and we look back over 90 days for prospects who showed real buying intent but never made it into your CRM. Fewer than five you accept, and we pay you $100. (US only, terms at zuuz.ai/challenge.)
Two things I'd love your take on:
1. What would make you comfortable letting software prepare a CRM update from a customer email?
2. Where does pipeline go quiet on your team?
Madhu (our co-founder, leading engineering) and I will be answering all day, partly from a booth in Orlando. Ask us anything about the product, the stack or the problem. β Avinash
This is a cool product idea. Iβve seen many a sales people literally abandoning the CRM and in my company they hate updating it. If ai can find real prospects and log them it grows revenue for all. I also like that MCP facility is there. Would be watching how this product evolves. A lot of companies could benefit from this.
@gaurav_verma35Β
Thank you, really appreciate this!
You've hit on exactly why we built ZUUZ. Reps don't hate the CRM itself, they hate typing into it. So we take the typing out completely and let the CRM fill in from the conversations they're already having.
Glad you spotted the MCP part too. It means you can ask Claude or another AI assistant things like "which deals went quiet this week?" and get answers straight from your live pipeline.
Out of curiosity, what CRM does your team use? I'd love to hear where the updating breaks down most for them.
Hey Product Hunt π
I'm Avinash, founder of ZUUZ.
Before ZUUZ, I spent years building an IT distribution and services business in Dubai and grew it past $25M in revenue. Over and over I saw the same thing. Deals were being won and lost in email threads, WhatsApp chats and phone calls, but the CRM only knew whatever a rep remembered to type in on a Friday afternoon. Our forecasts were mostly guesswork.
ZUUZ fixes that. It reads sales conversations across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and call recordings, finds the real buying intent, and turns it into leads and pipeline in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive. Reps don't have to log anything. It also flags deals that are going quiet before they're lost. Data is processed ephemerally, so we don't keep your emails.
With our first 30 customers, ZUUZ found around $200M in opportunities that were sitting in inboxes and had never been tracked.
You can try it free for 30 days. I'd really like honest feedback: what's useful, what's missing, and what would make you trust a tool like this with your inbox.
I'll be here all day answering questions. Thanks for checking us out π
Sales people do get a lot of emails on a daily basis and the rep might miss some of them definitely, and this product identifies such opportunities along with context and shows in the dashboard.. this is a great idea turned into as a product acting as a co-worker for every sales rep.
@shreeraj_bhatΒ Thanks a lot for the feeback, this is what keeps us going. We have exciting features to be rolled out so keep your eyes peeled!
