Excited to share this, which was born during a wild 36-hour sprint at FOSS Hack 4.0. We asked: "Can link-in-bio pages be truly open and customizable?" The answer is zitefy! 🚀 What we built in 36 hours: • A web portal for users • The central web server • A couple of templates ⚠️ Beta alert: This is our hackathon prototype. It's rough around the edges, but we're eager for feedback! We're committed to keeping zitefy open-source and building a community of creators. Developers, designers, and curious minds - we'd love your input on where to take this next! Questions? Ideas? Let's chat!

Hey Vishal, Open-source link-in-bio tools are definitely needed. What exactly can it do to help users create their pages? Do you have any plans to create a marketplace for user-submitted templates in the future? Congrats on the launch!
Vishal DS
@kyrylosilin a user can initially start with one of our base templates. Now, unlike other tools, the template is editable down to every single line of code. This can be done using the built-in code editor on zitefy. However, if the user doesn't know how to code, they can simply ask the built-in AI assistant what they want and it'll make the change for them. As for user-submitted templates, we've already described all the guidelines at https://github.com/zitefy/templates. I'll give you a quick overview: everything is completely open source as of now, including the templates. Anyone can contribute a template to zitefy by simply following the guide on the github repo and opening a PR. Once it is merged, the template will appear on zitefy! The author will be credited on github and their name will be shown along with the template on the portal as well. As for a paid marketplace, we don't have any plans yet. This was born out of an open-source software hackathon and for now, we intend to keep it fully open-source. Thanks for your interest! You're welcome to use zitefy.com & contribute at https://github.com/zitefy. And here's a guide if you're interested in contributing!

Idea of integrating open -source principles into web development with this is quite inspiring

Saw this through an ad and decided to give it a try, look the tools are interesting but there's way too many options which can honestly overwhelm people, especially if you're not that into coding like who has the time to mess with source code these days although the AI part is cool but feels a bit gimmicky, would be great if they made it more streamlined and user-friendly
Vishal DS
@archintdesign can you please elaborate on how to streamline the ai experience?
