$15 flat rate for parking in SOMA - you set location in the app, a ZIRX agent comes and picks up your car, and then you can request your car back at any time. I've used it a couple of times now and am blown away by the experience. There's even a "secret menu" beyond parking - I got a ZIRXwash yesterday ;). ZIRX's founder is @seanbehr.

@nbt @seanbehr how does this compare to competitors?

@eriktorenberg i'll speak as a customer - i've used Luxe, but haven't yet used ValetAnywhere, Caarbon, ValetLive or any other competitors. ZIRX is flat-rate and cheaper ($15 all-day vs. $26 I paid for Luxe for 5-6 hours of parking). ZIRX gives you a cold water bottle vs. Luxe which gave me a Philz $5 gift card. Luxe has a prettier app right now, but I found wait time/valet quality to be similar across both. The kicker for me, apart from price, has been the "secret menu" on ZIRX - I asked the ZIRX agent to wash my car, and he did. I can't wait to discover everything else they can do... no idea if Luxe does this right now, though.

@eriktorenberg @nbt does a great job of laying it out some of the differences. Please give us a try. You can download the app from the App Store and use TRYZIRX for a free day of parking. We're hard at work on a new look and feel + expanded features. Its about a week away. I think it will sharpen the overall look and feel of the app and make it even easier to park.
