Using only an embed code, any website or web product can add customized video chat to existing experiences. How does it work? 🔨 Zipcan provides a simple admin to configure a video chat space with settings and a custom theme. Our embed options work with almost any website or web app, but we have provided step-by-step integration instructions for Hubspot CMS. Hubspot Meetings, Squarespace, Shopify, and Calendly. Who built it? @spenser_lea and @fritzly. @rubenwolff Zipcan is rather flexible based on the settings. It can be ephemeral based on access to the chat entirely or specific rooms. Or you can have rooms persist and be recorded. Check out this blog post for details on configuration options: https://blog.zipcan.com/zipcan-c...

@davedri Good question. DispatchJustice.com has created help on demand for the most high pressure situations. During a routine traffic stop that you never want to escalate to anything more, consumers can open Dispatch Justice and start a video call. This immediately starts recording and notifies a lawyer to join. DJ uses Zipcan dynamic rooms to create a private call for each client to lawyer connection.

I use Zipcan since the beta and it’s an amazing product, as a dev, the level of customization and the JS component is so great that I don’t think anymore about using a api. Congrats

I installed the beta for my wife’s health coaching business and it’s been great so far. Plugged into squarespace easily, which is a good thing cause I’m not a dev. Looking forward to the new features.
