Zidho — Activate Your Team

Help your team make better decisions, faster

Most team tools focus on what you're working on. Zidho focuses on how your team works together. Inspired by Google's Project Aristotle, Zidho uses two quick exercises (one before, one after each meeting)nto surface better ideas, reach decisions faster, and keep your team motivated. No agenda uploads. No integrations. Just 5 minutes that change how your team operates.

What do you think? …

Anthony Wilson (AIW)
For years, working as an organizational consultant, I kept seeing the same pattern: some teams with smart, committed people consistently thrived, while others struggled, and it almost never came down to talent or resources. The real difference was psychological safety. Could people disagree without it getting personal? Could someone say, “I see this differently,” without the room shutting down? When Google’s Project Aristotle named psychological safety as the #1 factor in team effectiveness, it confirmed what I’d already seen in practice. The harder problem wasn’t understanding what mattered, it was figuring out how to build it in a way that actually stuck. Most solutions felt unsatisfying. One-off retreats created momentum that faded fast. Many “productivity tools” helped manage work, but didn’t change how people showed up with each other. What those approaches miss is simple: culture isn’t something you announce. It’s something you practice. That’s why I built Zidho. It’s a lightweight platform where teams practice the behaviors that build trust and alignment through short, structured exercises before and after meetings; making participation feel normal, surfacing honest input, and turning good intentions into habits. Great teams aren’t built in annual retreats. They’re built one meeting at a time. Curious to hear from this community: Where have you seen psychological safety break down, even on otherwise high-performing teams? And what’s actually helped it stick?
