Hello Product Hunt! 👋 My name is Wojtek, and together with Greg and our small team, we’ve been working on Zencal for over a year. To be honest — this is my first launch and I’ve never been more nervous. On the other hand, I’m really happy about what we’ve managed to accomplish and hope you guys will appreciate it 🙏 During my daily job in a big enterprise I realised there’s great potential in selling consultations for early leads to better convert sales. As a side gig I also started selling programming lessons and it proved to be a great source of side income. I needed to automate the scheduling process: 1. My corp and private lessons calendars have to be sorted out 2. I need students to be able to pay for the lesson and book it easily 3. After payment I’d send them an invoice and add it to my marketing automation workflow Easy as that. But then it started to get more complex. I couldn’t get the features I needed from tools available on the market, especially that I started to build a small marketplace with my friends also willing to teach programming after-hours. Most of the tools focused on scheduling but not payments, resulting in poor user experience and conversion. That is how I started Zencal. I figured I can create a simple app that would precisely cover my consultation flow that converted best. Later on, I started to add more features that I really needed. I discovered that there’s no tool on the market that will schedule meetings in subscriptions, then automatically re-book the new slots after renewal. As I worked on this feature I realised why it’s so hard to implement it but after long weeks managed to do it. Also, I felt that sending a scheduling link was just not as professional for a premium service as I wanted. So I started hiring human assistants that would help me with the booking process. And it worked great! My students got excellent experience and I could focus on teaching, what I do best. Fast forward few months and Zencal has a lot of great features I can’t live without and hope, they will work for you too! Hey! Congratulations with the launch! I also found calendly inconvenient. I'll try Zencal and hope I'll enjoy. Did I right understand that for working in pre-money startup with the team it will not be free?

I'm using Zencal and I'm delighted. My favorite option are webhooks. It works great. The tool is well thought out and booking meetings is a pleasure, I highly recommend it!
