Is it just me or are most AI interview bots too "nice"?

I've been using different AI tools to prep for upcoming interviews, and my biggest issue is that they never interrupt me, even when I'm clearly rambling. I just tried a session on ZEDX and it actually cut me off to challenge my logic.

Curious what everyone else thinks do you prefer a supportive AI that lets you finish, or one that grills you strictly like a real FAANG interviewer?

Hey everyone! When building ZEDX, I wanted to simulate the exact pressure of a real Senior Tech Lead. Because of that, the AI will actively interrupt you, challenge your logic, and grade you brutally on the scorecard.

My question for the community: Do you prefer an interview prep tool that is highly encouraging and supportive, or one that is brutally honest and strictly realistic like ZEDX? Would love to hear your thoughts or if you think we should add a 'gentle' mode!
