Youtube Master 1.3 has added the "Turn off the lights" feature. It can darken the background while you are watching a video. Darkening happens instantly so there's no delay.

Youtube Master 1.4 has added the feature to hide an entire channel. From Youtube home page: https://youtubemaster.cc/hide_yo... Hidden channels can be brought back any time later on.
