Andy Fernandez
Hi everyone, thanks for viewing my submission, which happens to be my first-ever SaaS launch. My name is Andy Fernandez and I have been selling on Amazon since 2010. I’ve spent 10,000+ hours creating hundreds of products, analyzing thousands of listings, and creating workflows that have now been built into simple AI agents that can be used by anyone. The agent I use most often can analyze the features and reviews of products in a niche and then tell you how to make a better product that covers all the must-have features and solves the complaints users have. This used to take hours of manual work and was super tedious but the agent can do it with a couple of minutes of thinking time. This is my first ever SaaS product launch and I am excited to get feedback from the community. Thanks for reading this comment. I hope this product can help you!

Congrats on the launch! This is quite a useful and helpful tool, especially for drop-shippers. Although this is great, I do feel like you would need to tune it up to your taste a bit with manual changes. Also, I feel like it should be fine with some general products, you might face a bit of difficulties with a extremely niche product
Andy Fernandez
@glen_dsouza_1 If the product is extremely niche to the point that there are no competitors with public feedback then yea it won't work great but at the same time those aren't great products for Amazon sellers because it will require awareness marketing through Facebook ads, and other content creation. Amazon is more about improving on what people actually search and buy without a specific brand in mind.

Congrats on your first SaaS launch, Andy @anfern! The AI agent sounds like a game changer for Amazon sellers. I'm curious though, how accurate is the analysis when it comes to niche products with varying customer expectations? Also, what differentiates your solution from other tools already available in the market? Have you gathered any user feedback to help improve the AI's suggestions? Any plans for future updates based on that? Excited to see how this evolves!
Andy Fernandez
@isabellarosewilson , Hi Isabella, it should be accurate if the competitors selected are part of that niche and have enough reviews to analyze. Success on Amazon has to do more with fine tuning what people are already shopping for rather than reinventing the wheel and the strategy of designing improvements based on product feedback has been used as long as I can remember. As far as competitors, I have seen other review analyzers but I have yet to see one for product design. The tools I found are more about improving your existing listings. I haven't received user feedback with improvement recommendations, other than expanding to all the Amazon markets which I did. And as far as future updates I have a few more agent workflows under development!

AI for Amazon products sounds cool, but isn't 5 minutes a bit too good to be true? How reliable is it really, and what happens when the AI misses something crucial? 🤔
Andy Fernandez
@bakingbuyer Hi Axel, my suggestion if you are an Amazon sellers is to try it out on some niches you have already spend hours researching and see how the 5 minute wait time stacks up against the hours of sifting through reviews.

Congrats on the launch! Can Your Ecom Agent help manage multiple e-commerce platforms simultaneously, or is it tailored for just one?
Andy Fernandez
@zane12580 Hi Zane, it is less about management and more about creating products and offers. So it could work with any business that is developing physical products or digital books as long as there are competitors on Amazon to analyze. Based on some feedback received today I could start adding other marketplaces to gather data from other sources.

Congrats on your first SaaS launch, Andy! This sounds like good choice for anyone trying to crack the Amazon market. 🚀 The thought of using AI to streamline the process of product development is brilliant. Analyzing listings and reviews in minutes instead of hours? Count me in! I'm sure many Makers here would love to hear more about the specific features your AI agent offers. And any tips for getting better traction on Amazon would definitely be appreciated. Best of luck with the feedback—excited to see how this evolves! Keep shining, @anfern!
Andy Fernandez
@aarontalk Hi Aaron, thanks for the encouragement. I'm starting to share what I know about selling on Amazon on the site's blog. So far I have detailed guides on developing products and using popular tools. I plan to make more for preparing detail pages, advertising strategies, etc.
