What do you think? …

I can call Mike via WhatsApp, why I need to send the link? For talking with Mike I need: 1. Open YouOgle 2. Enter name and create room 3. Copy link 4. Open some messenger and send a link If I use the only messenger I need: 1. Open some messenger and click one button. Some many steps

@nikolay_siabrenko You are incorrect! YouOgle is a much quicker and easier way to make a video call. It is a great app! Just go to https://youogle.com and make a call. No Account/Registration Required! No app installation required! With Whatsapp there are many more steps: #1. Download Whatsapp #2. Install Whatsapp #3. Complete Whatsapp account registration #4. Verify Whatsapp account #5. Open Whatsapp #6. Send invite link in Whatsapp #7. Add contact to Whatsapp #8. thumbing through all the buttons/setting in Whatsapp #9. Make a call

@nikolay_siabrenko @jefpurple I think comment author is a bit right. steps from 1 to 7 happening only once and are not repetitive. You are not installing WhatsAPP before each call isn't it? It might be a valid point for YouOgle authors to check the user flow.

@sergei_gribovskii you still need to add your contacts on whatsapp and on whatsapp you still need to send invite links. Also you could lose your phone and then you cant make any whatsapp calls. You could also lose your whatsapp account. You cant lose your YouOgle :) YouOgle is web-based / browser-based so its much quicker. You just need access to a web-browser to make a call. No app download needed! No account needed! No phone needed! You just need a web-browser. It works from any computer/device. Its much easier

@jefpurple If I loose my phone or whatsapp account I just create a new one. And also as far as I understood the link to YouOgle is based on sharing session link. So if I somehow loose my contacts book - I won't be able to share this link anyway. I'm sorry but your points sound a bit artificial.

@nikolay_siabrenko @jefpurple in that sense, to use yougle on a windows computer for example, you need to #1. Open Internet Explorer / Edge #2. Go to https://google.com/chrome #3. Download Google Chrome #4. Install Google Chrome (which takes a long time by the way) #5. Open Google Chrome #6. Go to youogle.com #7. Start a call #8. Judging by the fact that you just installed chrome you probably don't have any messaging platform so you type the ID of the call to someone on your phone

@jacqulinsimons thank you so much for sharing this with the community! Love the simplicity of it. Just good enough to get the work done, a simple video call :) Btw, do you know the makers? Would be wonderful to add them on the post.

Congrats for the launch! How do you feel about the competition with big video call apps like Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc? What new feature does YouOgle bring to the table?
Sage Will
Great product and I would love to see you guys win and cement yourselves in the market along giants like zoom...it's possible.
Vivek
This is nice. Thanks for making this

Interesting, based on what I read, it is like a Clubhouse solution with video, presumably minus the data privacy concerns. Or?

It;s a fantastic product but one question to the founder(s) : is-it possible to monetize the video-call if we want the link-receiver to pay for receiving the one-to-one webinar for example ?
