Hey Folks, I'm Gerard and I built this MVP of YouNote over the course of a few days. The premise is simple: take notes while you watch a YouTube video. I come from a tech background and I've noticed that YouTube is one of the main resources folks use to learn a new technology but are often limited to taking handwritten notes. YouNote is an attempt at streamlining that process. For the best experience, I would suggest using a desktop browser. However, the site is responsive and will "work" on mobile but is non-ideal. The current version allows for 1 free note, and then $2.99 a month thereafter for unlimited notes. There are plans to create a chrome extension so that you can directly edit notes without leaving YouTube. I'd love to get some feedback! Best, Gerard

This is really great. I have been looking for something to take notes or capture moments on YouTube and now that I have found and used, I have the following comments for version 2. - It makes a lot of sense that we can play videos in YouNote as we can not use YN on YT yet. Can we make the address bar where we paste video links searchable as well? So I don't have to paste. Just search in YouNote for the video. - Can I make comments on moments? For example, rather than type out the key moment I'm jotting on, can YN just automatically write out the second the video was when I was making that comment? The whole app is good and really really has potentials.
