Yggdrasil Worktree (yggtree) is an interactive CLI that turns Git worktrees into a practical development workflow. Instead of juggling branches in one directory, yggtree lets you run multiple isolated environments for features, bug fixes, experiments, or reviews. Manage worktrees through an interactive CLI, work on multiple branches simultaneously, and keep your main workspace clean. A tool from Logbook for Devs — charting the technical seas, one commit at a time.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Leonardo, a frontend engineer and the maker behind Yggtree.
If you’ve ever worked with multiple branches, experiments, or fixes at the same time, you probably know the pain of constantly switching contexts in Git.
Git worktrees solve a lot of that… but the workflow around them is still a bit rough.
So I built Yggtree, an interactive CLI that makes managing Git worktrees easier and more practical for everyday development. The goal is simple: spin up isolated environments for features, bug fixes, experiments, or reviews without turning your main workspace into chaos.
Yggtree is also part of Logbook for Devs, a personal project where I explore tools, workflows, and ideas to help developers navigate their technical journeys.
Would love to hear how you currently manage parallel work in Git, and if Yggtree makes that workflow a bit smoother for you.
Thanks for checking it out!
