When intelligence becomes abundant, advantage moves to the data it cannot conjure. Xenaris owns the consented, off-market deal signal that no model can scrape, synthesize, or re-collect.

The tagline is strong what exactly gets salvaged from a dead deal? Contacts, intel, timing signals? Curious what the output actually looks like.

@imad_elkhafi thank you, my friend :) think of it more in terms of Buyer-grade DD data, QoE, comparables, financial and strategic analysis (months of manual labor)
@roey_tertman That's a much higher value output than I expected months of manual work preserved automatically is a compelling pitch. Makes total sense for M&A use cases.

@imad_elkhafi Sorry for the slow reply here, been heads down. Great question. From a dead deal, we pull structured DD artifacts: financial data room extracts, QoE findings, management commentary, timing and process signals, red flags raised by buyers, and valuation gaps that killed the deal. We normalize and anonymize it, making it reusable, buyer-grade intel for future processes, so nothing that took months to uncover gets thrown away. Happy to show you a sample output if useful.

Do you think an agency can use it for bigger deals ($10-$50k) or it's not the point of Xeneris?
Xenaris
@philip_kubinski Hi, thanks for the Q. We are focused on middle-market (deals between $10m-$500m), but can ingest any deal size for intelligence and enhancements
Xenaris
@philip_kubinski Apologies for the delay getting back to you. Yes, agencies running larger deals are a great fit, actually where the data has the most value, since bigger deals generate richer DD trails. It's not size-limited by design, the point is capturing and reusing DD work regardless of deal size. Would love to hear more about your workflow if you want to test it.
