While I'm incredibly proud of the launch of X-Design 2.0, my focus (and the team's) is already on how to make it even better.
The most critical area we need to address is the stability and consistency of the High Quality Output.
Right now, the peak output quality is astonishingly good, but the challenge is ensuring that level of high fidelity is stable across all user inputs, especially when dealing with complex textures or lighting requests. We need to:
Improve Output Consistency: Users need to rely on the tool to produce the same aesthetic quality and style when using similar prompts or the same product across different background generations. If a user finds a look they love, they need to be able to replicate it reliably.
Increase Stability at High Resolution: Pushing the output to the highest resolution sometimes introduces minor artifacts or subtle inconsistencies that we need to eliminate to ensure every "high-quality" image is truly flawless and production-ready.
This is definitely the biggest technical hurdle for our next sprint, but tackling it is essential for solidifying X-Design as the industry leader.
If you have specific examples of inputs that have led to inconsistent or unstable high-quality results, please share them with me! Knowing those edge cases directly helps us train the models and stabilize the output. What specific material or scene consistency do you find the most challenging right now?
X-Design
Hi everyone, we’re excited to finally share X-Design 2.0 with you.
This project started from a simple observation:
many small businesses and local shops care deeply about their brand, but building a consistent identity and applying it across real-world touchpoints is still slow, expensive, and confusing. Most tools focus on online content, but very few help store owners design what they actually need for the physical world.
With X-Design 2.0, we wanted to create something different.
You can start with an idea, a name, or even a rough sketch. X-Design helps you turn it into a complete visual identity, then applies it to posters, menus, signage, packaging, and other store-ready materials. Everything stays consistent as you update or expand your brand.
This release is a big shift from our earlier version, not just new features, but a new direction for the product.
Our goal is simple: make branding accessible, practical, and ready to use from day one.
Thank you for checking out X-Design 2.0.
We’d love to hear your thoughts, your use cases, or anything you wish branding tools could do better. We’re here all day and excited to chat.

congrats @mona_xx @yuncheng @tony_hsieh2 🎨
keeping all assets aligned as the brand evolves is something most SMBs struggle with!
are there plans to support marketing campaigns too (flyers, promo cards, event signage)?
X-Design
@kate_ramakaieva
Thank you for the congrats and the great question!
Yes, we absolutely have plans to expand beyond the initial focus. Support for marketing campaign materials like flyers, promo cards, and event signage is high on our roadmap. We want to be the single source of truth for a brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
What type of campaign asset do you find is the most time-consuming to keep consistent right now? Let's discuss! 💬
X-Design
@kate_ramakaieva Thanks! Keeping assets aligned is a big challenge for many SMBs. X-Design uses a Brand Kit to apply your logo, colors, and fonts automatically across new materials. It already supports posters, menus, flyers, product photos, and social visuals, and promo cards and event signage are on our roadmap.

This is really cool. Do you export PSD and CDR files as well?
I'm curious from a printing perspective.
X-Design
@chilarai That's a very practical question, and one we love hearing, especially from the printing perspective! 🖨️
Currently, X-Design 2.0 primarily focuses on producing high-quality, production-ready vector and raster files: SVG (for scalable vector needs), high-res PNG, and JPG.
We chose SVG specifically because it's the most flexible open standard for large-scale printing and web assets, often preferred over proprietary formats like CDR.
We don't currently export native PSD or CDR files, but since we generate clean vector paths (in the SVG), most professional design software (like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW) can import the SVG and edit the paths easily.

Time to upgrade my product logo! Cant believe X Design could nail it! How customizable could I get out of it?
X-Design
@cruise_chen That's absolutely thrilling to hear! We love that X Design could nail your logo upgrade. 🥳
When it comes to customization, you can get incredibly flexible! Our goal was to give you full control. You have the power to fine-tune all the key elements—colors, fonts, layouts, and all underlying assets—to match your brand perfectly.
Is there a specific detail or feature you're looking to push the boundaries on? We'd love to hear what kind of unique look you're trying to achieve! 👇

Hey everyone! Tony here, maker of X-Design 2.0. Thanks so much for checking us out today.
We built this because creating a brand from scratch is still way too slow and too expensive for most founders and small teams. We wanted an AI agent that doesn’t just “generate a logo,” but actually works like a mini brand designer — exploring concepts, refining visuals, and exporting real, editable assets you can create right away.
With 2.0, you can generate full brand kits and guidelines in minutes: consistent colors, typography, logo variations, and ready-to-use assets. If you’re a founder, freelancer, or early-stage team, I’d love to hear how it fits into your workflow. Your feedback really helps us shape the next iterations.
Thanks for all the support today!

@tony_hsieh2 My logo was ready in 10 minutes!! Great app! Congrats!
I’d love to see the ability to edit the text and maybe add more tools like moving objects.

@getsiful Thank you so much! We’ve put a lot of love into making both the results and the workflow feel smooth and polished. Really appreciate you being here with us on launch day!

I’m one of the makers on the team, and seeing this version come to life has been a really meaningful journey for us. Over the past few months, we spent a lot of time talking to small shop owners, visiting cafés, boutiques and local stores. Almost everyone shared the same frustration: they care about their brand, but turning that into real materials is complicated, slow and often too expensive.
That’s the reason we decided to rebuild the product. With this release, we wanted to make it possible for someone to take a simple idea and turn it into a full identity they can actually use in their space. Watching X-Design create a logo, build a brand kit and instantly apply it to menus, posters and packaging has been incredibly rewarding.
If you’re running a small business or know someone who is building a brand from the ground up, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback will help us keep improving X-Design and make it even more useful for real-world branding work.
