Hey Product Hunt! šŸ‘‹ I'm Matt, co-founder of Wrenly, and we're excited to launch our free customizable recognition board platform today! šŸŽ‰ Wrenly helps you celebrate life's moments - from work promotions to new babies and fond farewells. Our journey began when our remote team struggled to meaningfully celebrate milestones. We realized that Slack messages were too quick & informal but physical cards were impractical. That's when we decided to build this free tool. Here's what makes it special: šŸ¤ Easy collaboration: Share a link with co-workers šŸŽØ Customizable: Make it personal w/ photos, memes, GIFs, and messages šŸ’ø Free: Unlimited boards and posts at no cost! Who's it for? - Remote or in-office teams looking to maintain strong connections - HR teams aiming to boost employee engagement - Anyone who loves to make others feel special! If you like our free tool and want to explore the wider premium Wrenly platform feel free to book a free demo. We offer a full employee experience platform with surveys, suggestion boxes, recognition, rewards, performance reviews, and AI reports to analyze it all for you. Book a demo and we'll give you one full month of premium for free to try it out! We also love feedback! What features would make Wrenly even more useful for you?

@the_matt_brooks Hey Matt, congrats on launching Wrenly on Product Hunt! It sounds like a great way to celebrate team wins and milestones in a more meaningful way than a quick Slack message. Here are some questions and how I can help: - Do you have any plans for integrations with popular workplace tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams for easier sharing and notification? - Does Wrenly offer any features for managing larger teams, such as filtering boards by department or assigning recognition credits? As a developer, I'm interested in the technical aspects behind the collaborative board creation and customization features. If those align with my expertise (web development), I might be able to contribute to future development. Overall, Wrenly seems like a fun and engaging platform for fostering team appreciation. Integrations with workplace tools and additional team management features could enhance its functionality. I'd be interested to learn more about the premium platform and potentially contribute to the development of those features if my skills are a good fit!

Hi Matt, How does it facilitate collaboration on the boards? Are there any plans to add features for more interactive or multimedia content? Congrats on the launch!
Matt Brooks
@kyrylosilin The creator of the board has a link to invite collaborators who can post their own messages but can't change the settings of the board and can't send the final board to the recipient. I'm curious what interactive features or multimedia content you think we should add? We'd definitely consider it!
Kyrylo Silin
@the_matt_brooks thanks for the response! It's great to know that collaborators can easily add their own messages. For interactive features, you might consider adding options for: - real-time collaboration (allow multiple users to edit and contribute to the board simultaneously) - commenting and reactions (enable users to comment on individual posts and add reactions (like thumbs up, hearts, etc.)) - think about integrating polls or quizzes related to the recipient to make the board more fun and engaging Congrats again on the launch!

Wrenly AI is super cool! It’s a fantastic idea that helps people capture and record important moments
Matt Brooks
@nicoleastor Thank you! I appreciate the kind words

I loved the idea of a non-AI product, but then you have AI reports, which again makes me sceptical.
Matt Brooks
@growthdreamer22 lol yeah, that is true. So we have AI embedded all through our main employee engagement platform because it makes so much sense. Surveys, suggestion boxes, recognitions, performance reviews, etc. are all unstructured text content that AI analyzes brilliantly. As for our free tool - the recognition board - it just didn't seem right to put AI in the flow as we want all messages to be from the heart here. No need for an AI to jump in

Thank you and your team for all your hard work. Congratulations on the launch! šŸŽ‰ It's a very interesting and practical design. Many beautiful moments in life need to be recorded, and your product provides us with a convenient way to do so. Thanks again! šŸ™šŸ“ø

Congratulations to the team behind Wrenly on their launch on Product Hunt! As a remote worker, I'm always on the lookout for tools that can help me stay organized and productive. Wrenly is an absolute game-changer - the intuitive interface and seamless integration with my favorite apps like Trello and Notion make it a breeze to manage my tasks, projects, and workflows all in one place. I'm particularly impressed by the advanced features like team collaboration, custom views, and real-time updates. Wrenly has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine, helping me stay focused, prioritize my work, and achieve my goals more efficiently. Kudos to the team for creating such a powerful and user-friendly productivity platform!

@_siyu Thanks for the detailed comment!

Congratulations on the launch! Is it available as an embed (e.g., as an iframe) for a website?
Matt Brooks
@semanser hmm... good suggestion. No we haven't yet. What use case were you thinking of? I think usually the board is created by like HR or something for a birthday or a farewell so it's not natural for that to be used as an iFrame for a website. But maybe you're thinking of like customer testimonials or something? I'm curious!
Andriy Semenets
@the_matt_brooks yeah, you're right! I was thinking more like about testimonials in this case :)
