Just write/paste the number on self-contact (You) in WhatsApp and you are good to go. There have been web apps for this solution but I don't know why this app is needed anymore. @rachit_bhutani

@mehtavatsal That's true. However, the self-chat is often cluttered with many things other than these phone numbers. And while this is not a major problem to be solved, the app skips the step of sending the number in self-chat and keeps these numbers organized as well. Thanks for the feedback though, I encourage you to give it a try.
