Very good idea! Tackling an extremely important problem, especially while everybody is working from home. A cool wellness suggestion would be to call a friend or family member.
Marouf Khan
@glen_creaser Hi Glen, thank you for your feedback. You're right, part of the next release we're integrating with Zoom/Teams so it'll automatically suggest calls with a friend, colleague or family.

Hey Product Hunters, I'm Marouf, co-founder of WellBuddy. Thanks @chrismessina for hunting us.😀 I never really suffered from mental health issues and was always a really active person. But the pandemic took a toll on me. Increase stress. Longer working hours. Neck pain. Mental fatigue. It all kind of piled up. I felt myself approaching breaking point. Existing solutions at work were not easily accessible, mainly focused on mental health and most had a general focus on helping employees recover from illnesses rather than preventing and boosting wellbeing at work. So, I downloaded mindfulness and break apps to improve my current state. I was gaining new skills. Feeling better. Performing better. But as time went on, the pressures of work/meetings made it difficult to find the time to focus on my wellbeing. Plus, switching from app to app or finding the right exercise was time-consuming. I found myself thinking ‘there must be a better way’. Using our product design experience, we created WellBuddy. We built this to offer every working professional the physical and mental support they so desperately need at work to stay healthy, free from pain and stress and boost their performance. ✅ Seamless integration ✅ Supports both physical and mental health ✅ Helps balance our health - body and soul - with our work WellBuddy is right by your side to build positive wellbeing habits so you can think, feel and perform better every single day. 💯 So far, it’s been a side hustle and all bootstrapped. We’ve been in private beta and now open to PH. It’s free to download and welcome your feedback. We got so many cool features coming: 👉🏾 Even more personalisation and customisable preferences 👉🏾 Fresh content created by experts 👉🏾 Integration with hardware 👉🏾Challenges like 'improve your posture' or 'build resilience' 👉🏾 Water cooler breaks ....and many more

Does this integrate with any other products like Slack or Teams?
Marouf Khan

With the impact of COVID and many (including myself) working from home I know just how challenging it can be to make time for yourself with packed calendars. This is great! :)
Marouf Khan
@malcolm_m Hi Malcolm, thanks - that's exactly why we created WellBuddy. We can only be our best when we feel our best.
