As AI developer tools become increasingly crowded, what do you think will make users stick with WaitJI instead of treating it as another utility?

What keeps developers on WaitJI isn't really the ads. It's that earning happens automatically while they work. No extra effort, no new habit to build. The extension just sits there and the balance goes up. That kind of passivity compounds.
The India piece matters too. Other tools pay out in USD with a $10 minimum, which for a lot of Indian devs means waiting three to four months before seeing anything. We pay ₹100 to UPI directly. People actually feel the product working.
Multi-tool support (Cursor, Codex) is coming, so the surface area grows with however the dev's workflow grows. But honestly the real answer is: money that shows up without doing anything is pretty sticky.
Tried it for a few hours and the Spotlight placement feels oddly non-intrusive, almost like part of the spinner itself. Earning from ads that already show up anyway is a clever angle, though the UPI-only payout limits me.

Glad it felt that way. We spent a lot of time making sure the Spotlight placement didn't feel like an intrusion, so this is good to hear.
The UPI thing is a real limitation for anyone outside India. We built for India first because UPI makes the micropayment economics actually work. ₹0.40 per impression is only viable because UPI has no transaction cost. Running that through Stripe or Wise would eat the margin before the developer sees anything.
International payouts are on the roadmap. If you tell me where you're based I'll note it, because payout method priority is basically just tracking where the demand is coming from.
