After a successful launch in the Netherlands, Amsterdam-based start-up Vinylify is broadening its horizons and is ready to start making vinyl on demand for the international market. You can upload your own music or choose from the catalog to create your very own vinyl record, complete with label and record cover.

@amstb1 this is awesome! Other than a vinyl-only dj/producer I'm the founder of a project all about vinyl records coming out soon - - would be cool somehow to do something together.

I'm using this service to make a vinyl record for my baby due September 22nd. Great gift for the wife.
Excited to finally get some of my music on Vinyl. The folks will love it.

Are these acetates/lathe cuts, or something else? Your description mentions putting Katy Perry on vinyl for the office jukebox, but your terms state "Buyer shall declare to possess all rights with regard to that Content and/or to have obtained the required license", so I'm assuming you didn't license "Teenage Dream" for a one-off pressing for the sake of writing your overview copy? Love the idea, and I'm all for more vinyl in the world, but the setup seems misleading.

@ifthenplay These are vinyl (lathe cuts). Our "origin" story is at odds with our current terms and how we operate, correct. Just as the inventor of these lathes created them to populate his vinyl jukebox at work, we created Vinylify to work towards a reality where we could make vinyl more accessible for artists and consumers alike. Therefore we have a catalog that we are steadily adding artists and labels to, as well as the ability to upload your own music that you own rights to. Hope this answers your question(s), let me know if anything isn't clear! -Anton Vinylify
