One tool to compare documents. Engaging UI/UX, download differences to continue working. I have struggled with data comparison in my projects and thus went down this path. I would appreciate if you can have a look and share your thoughts
I work in projects and have to do a lot of data compare between excel, CSV, PDF-PDF etc. A lot of time wasted trying to align formats, misaligned headers etc and then had to manually apply tolerances. Many times missed different sheets in the excel file and thus had to redo the work several times.
I am sure this is not a personal challenge
I have developed a comprehensive solution to help with comparisons across many formats (Excel, CSV, PDF. Word), all in an intuitive UI with beautiful display of results. The solution has inbuilt capability to custom map and apply tolerances with downloadable reports.

During my time at a law firm, I worked on cases where we used large datasets to evaluate damages and support settlement negotiations. After testing VeriDiff, I can say it has real potential to make that kind of work more efficient and accurate.
What stood out most was how easily it handled comparisons between complex spreadsheets. The ability to set custom tolerance levels means you can filter out noise and focus on meaningful differences. That’s incredibly helpful when you're dealing with expert reports or opposing party disclosures where small fluctuations in figures can either matter a lot or not at all.
I also appreciated how the tool automatically maps headers, even when the columns don’t line up exactly. That saved time and reduced the risk of manual errors. And since everything runs locally in the browser, there’s no concern about sensitive client data leaving your machine.
Overall, VeriDiff is a useful tool for anyone in legal practice who works with large volumes of financial data. It brings clarity to comparisons and could easily become part of a workflow for early case assessment, expert analysis, or pretrial settlement prep.

As a data analyst myself, I heavily work on large Excel, CSV, and PDF reports every day—often having to check data consistency between multiple versions or formats. this is literally a game-changer for me It's not often you find a utility that has support for Excel, CSV, PDF, and even DOCX in one utility, and displays the diffs so elegantly, being able to download the diff results is super helpful when documenting validation steps or sharing reports internally. Looking forward to seeing how this would evolves would love to see support for even larger datasets and maybe some command-line or API integration in the future! Verdiff offers an excellent platform to compare documents of different types. I am excited to see and use this product for my business needs. More importantly it protects your privacy as the data exists only on your computer. It is not shared and once you close the browser the data is removed.

I work as a lawyer and work with multiple documents. Like the fact that I am not uploading my documents to some website or cloud. Maintaining privacy is key for me. Really good product. Best wishes.
@jaya_kumar_esq_ thank you. You are right to highlight privacy, most other applications require documents to be uploaded to their server or the cloud. We use clever index logic to process large files at your browser. Privacy is the foundation upon which we developed the application.
