VendorLoop lets food truck operators and market vendors collect customer phone numbers via QR code and text them their location before every stop. Includes a weekly schedule builder so regulars always know where to find you.

Hey Product Hunt! Nigel here, founder of VendorLoop.
I built this to solve a problem I kept hearing from food truck operators and farmers market vendors: Instagram reach is broken for them, but nobody had built anything specifically for how they operate.
A food truck doing 4 stops a week can't rely on an algorithm to tell their regulars where to park tomorrow. SMS fixes that β 98% open rate, no algorithm, direct to the customer's phone.
The feature I'm most excited about is **Send This Week's Schedule.**
Most SMS tools make you send individual texts before each stop. For a truck doing 3-5 stops a week, that's spammy and exhausting. VendorLoop lets you add your weekly stops to a calendar, then hit one button Monday morning. Your whole subscriber list gets a text like this:
> "Mocha Joe's: Here's where we'll be this week:
> Mon β Midtown Office Park (7amβ10am)
> Wed β Riverside Farmers Market (8amβ1pm)
> Thu β Lakeside Business District (7amβ10am)
> Sat β Riverside Farmers Market (8amβ1pm)
> Come find us! πβ"
Customers plan their week around it. No guessing. No DMs asking "where are you today?"
Then on Wednesday morning you can send a same-day reminder: "Reminder β we're at Riverside Farmers Market THIS Saturday 8amβ1pm. Bring a friend and your first pour is on us."
They already knew you were coming from Monday's schedule. Now they have a reason to actually show up.
**Here's what else VendorLoop does:**
- QR code signup at the booth (no app needed for customers)
- Automated day-before event reminders
- Accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and card from the same QR code
- Email campaigns for subscribers who share their address
- Help center, subscriber privacy masking, CSV import with double opt-in
We're in early access right now β would love feedback from this community. Happy to answer anything in the comments.

Cool to see someone else going vertical for food service. I'm working on something similar for restaurants (AI chat on their website instead of SMS). Are you finding food truck operators through cold outreach or local events?
@cuygunΒ Thanks, appreciate that. Vertical software for food service feels pretty underbuilt right now.
Most of what Iβve done so far is just spending time where these vendors already operate. Farmers markets, food truck events, breweries, that sort of thing. I spent about a year talking to operators before I started building because their workflow is pretty different from a normal small business.
Right now Iβm starting with local conversations and a bit of cold outreach to trucks nearby. Being able to watch how they actually run their day has been way more valuable than trying to figure it out from behind a laptop.
